Introduction to Bhagavath Dharma

Man is living in very momentous times. Many massive changes that we have been witnessing in different parts of the world, are assuredly in the general directions of World-Peace; an increasing awareness and reverence for the Divinity; a greater concern for the future and resolutions of all the barriers between Man and Man, Culture and Culture, Nation and Nation. This is the evening of the Iron Age of Kali-The age of darkness and ignorance. Today weakened and impoverished by Kali, physically, mentally, and spiritually, Man is no longer able to discriminate and discover what is most essential for his living in this present age of kali and what is irrelevant to the times.

The Humanity is suffering from the one and only affliction, namely the conspicuous absence of peace in their life. We know only too well in our heart of hearts, how every effort of ours to bring inner and outer peace into our life, has failed miserably. The spiritual crisis in the individual and collective life of man is a double edged-one; at once manifesting inwardly as a mental and spiritual weakness and impoverishment and also outwardly as an affinity to aesthetic and materialistic values. We must be thoroughly perplexed by this state of affairs! The realization may have even occasionally come to us- at least in a fleeting way-that something ought to be awfully amiss within ourselves. It therefore becomes urgently necessary to reiterate the solution, irrespective of the kind of human suffering we may be undergoing. It is high time for every one of us, to come to know that an inconceivably great spiritual Awakening has now been for sometime upon this planet. This is a momentous time because we are in the throes of a completely unprecedented mighty awakening, to the Advent of THE KALKI AVATAR. Such a massive Awakening is coming, after many thousands of years. And it has come, quite understandably, right in the midst of that spiritual crisis, which Man is now facing, in his individual and collective life. The present Awakening is a divine phenomenon and so vastly different from any thing that we have seen hitherto in history. YES! This is the supreme truth at this momentous hour.

This is therefore that hour, when we hear the knock on the door of our own heart. In his present massive coming, he bears the name, appropriate to his present purpose; He now comes as Kalki- The vanquisher of kali. With the coming of Kalki avatar, it is attaining fulfillment through his present Dharma-Samsthapana(Establishment of Truth). The World is not in need of a new religion or a new philosophy, but in need of a spiritual rejuvenation and complete liberation from all human suffering, a total change. This exactly is the vision of Foundation for World Awakening. Foundation for World Awakening (BHAGAVATH KALKI DHARMA) is a set of teachings (MahaVakyas), Sadhanas (Spiritual Practices) and Dheekshas (Spiritual Initiations) that will help man achieve ENLIGHTENMENT. This spiritual movement helps you in discovering the truth for yourself and not just believing or accepting the discoveries and truths of others. This spiritual movement could also be called "Know for yourself” movement.

The way out of the darkness of human suffering can never again be as impossible as it had been for all man kind up to this point. As a wakeful human, we ought to be open to the possibilities coming up to us. We will find that perfect fulfillment and culmination of the pilgrimage of life, as millions of men and women from diverse walks of life across the globe have found this gift and as millions will still continue to find in the future years to come. This is not another series of beautiful ideas or philosophy but the "True Awakening of the Higher Power in your Heart." IT IS THE AWAKENING OF THE MYSTIC WITHIN

June 9, 1976: Amma and Bhagavan are married

As they joined together in wedlock in the large, metropolitan city of Chennai in southern India, many of the wedding guests are said to have felt the Divine Presence that filled the ceremonies. Several even reported having mystical experiences.

Today their wedding anniversary is celebrated worldwide as a day to honor relationships.

1984: AmmaBhagavan open their spiritual school

Jeevashram was originally founded as a school to help students awaken their complete selves. In actuality, it became a foundation for world awakening, and produced their first disciples.

July 19, 1989: The Golden Ball descends

The new age of enlightenment began at the Jeevashram School when one of the young students had the experience of Oneness after the Golden Ball of Dheeksha energy descended into him.

September 4, 1995: The first monks were appointed

In the beginning there were ten who answered the Divine call to serve humanity and agreed to become monks. Today this order of dasas, teachers, and helpers at the Oneness University which numbers about 200 now all of whom have been blessed with full enlightenment by AmmaBhagavan.

March 10, 2002: The Oneness University is founded

Nestled against lovely, mountain foothills in southern India, the Oneness University was established with the vision to “set man free.” Bhagavan chose this area because of the high, spiritual energies inherent in the region. This spiritual field, conducive to healing, is created by the powerful key lines that intersect at this powerpoint on Earth.

August 2-8, 2003: Experience Festival took place

This now renowned festival was a gathering of teachers and spiritual seekers from all over the world, and co-sponsored by Bhagavan's Golden Age Foundation. Kiara Windrider was one of the teachers invited to speak at this festival, and the widely publicized recounting of his resulting experiences incited many readers to seek their own enlightenment at the Oneness University. January, 2004: The 21 Day Process first began

In this powerful three week course held at the Oneness University, the initial attendees began their journey into Oneness.

March 27, 2004: The power to give Dheeksha was given

The Oneness Movement truly begins as Amma Bhagavan not only take those attending this and all subsequent 21 Day Process courses into enlightened states, but also initiates them with the power to enlighten others through the energy transfer called Dheeksha (Oneness Blessing, or Dheeksha).

February, 2005: The 10 Day Deepening Process begins

This special course for graduates of the 21 Day Process helps those who attend to move faster through the enlightenment process towards complete God-realization.

March 20, 2008: The Oneness University's Fiji campus is consecrated

The beautiful, new campus situated on a cliff top overlooking the Pacific Ocean was officially opened. Level I courses (21 Day Process) for Westerners are held at the Fiji campus.

April 22, 2008: The Oneness Temple is consecrated

After 7 years of construction, the Oneness Temple is opened to the masses. Sri Bhagavan and Sri Amma officiated at the ceremony and imbued it with the Golden Ball of Divine Grace. This sacred building now constantly radiates these awakening energies to all of humanity "to set man...free."

This Moolamantra has given great peace and joy to people all over the world, who have chanted, or even listened to it. It has the power to transport ones mind to the state of causeless love and limitless joy. The calmness that the mantra can give is to be experienced, not spoken about. Dear reader, here is the key with which any door to spiritual treasure could be opened. A tool which can be used to achieve all desires. A medicine which cures all ills. The nectar that can set man free! All auspiciousness and serenity is yours simply by chanting or listening to this magnificent Moolamantra.

Whenever you chant the Moolamantra even without knowing the meaning of it, that itself carries power. But when you know the meaning and chant with that feeling in your heart then the energy would flow million times more powerful. Therefore it is essential to know the meaning of the Mantra when you use it.

The Mantra is like calling a name. Just like when you call a person he comes and makes you feel his presence, the same manner when you chant this mantra, the supreme energy manifests everywhere around you. As the Universe is Omnipresent, the supreme energy can manifest anywhere and any time. It is also very important to know that the invocation with all humility, respect and with great necessity makes the presence stronger.

Full Meaning

Om	Om has 100 different meanings. It is said 'In the beginning was the Supreme word and the word created every thing. That word is Om'. If you are meditating in silence deeply, you can hear the sound Om within. The whole creation emerged from the sound Om. It is the primordial sound or the Universal sound by which the whole universe vibrates. Om also means inviting the higher energy. This divine sound has the power to create, sustain and destroy, giving life and movement to all that exist.

Sat	The all penetrating existence that is formless, shapeless, omnipresent, attribute less, and quality less aspect of the Universe. It is the Un manifest. It is experienced as emptiness of the Universe. We could say it is the body of the Universe that is static. Every thing that has a form and that can be sensed, evolved out of this Un manifest. It is so subtle that it is beyond all perceptions. It can only be seen when it has become gross and has taken form. We are in the Universe and the Universe is in us. We are the effect and Universe is the cause and the cause manifests itself as the effect.
Chit	The Pure Consciousness of the Universe that is infinite, omni-present manifesting power of the Universe. Out of this is evolved everything that we call Dynamic energy or force. It can manifest in any form or shape. It is the consciousness manifesting as motion, as gravitation, as magnetism, etc. It is also manifesting as the actions of the body, as thought force. It is the Supreme Spirit.
Ananda	Bliss, love and friendship nature of the Universe. When you experience either the Supreme Energy in this Creation (Sat) and become one with the Existence or experience the aspect of Pure Consciousness (Chit), you enter into a state of Divine Bliss and eternal happiness (Ananda). This is the primordial characteristic of the Universe, which is the greatest and most profound state of ecstasy that you can ever experience when you relate with your higher Consciousness.
Parabrahma	The Supreme Being in his Absolute aspect; one who is beyond space and time. It is the essence of the Universe that is with form and without form. It is the Supreme creator.
Purushothama	This has different meanings. Purusha means soul and Uthama means the supreme, the Supreme spirit. It also means the supreme energy of force guiding us from the highest world. Purusha also means Man, and Purushothama is the energy that incarnates as an Avatar to help and guide Mankind and relate closely to the beloved Creation.
Paramatma	The supreme inner energy that is immanent in every creature and in all beings, living and non-living. It's the indweller or the Antaryamin who resides formless or in any form desired. It's the force that can come to you whenever you want and wherever you want to guide and help you.
Sri Bhagavathi	The female aspect, which is characterized as the Supreme Intelligence in action, the Power (The Shakti). It is referred to the Mother Earth (Divine Mother) aspect of the creation.
Sametha	Together or in communion with.
Sri Bhagavathe	The Male aspect of the Creation, which is unchangeable and permanent.
Namaha	Salutations or prostrations to the Universe that is Om and also has the qualities of Sat Chit Ananda, that is omnipresent, unchangeable and changeable at the same time, the supreme spirit in a human form and formless, the indweller that can guide and help in the feminine and masculine forms with the supreme intelligence.
